The Miss Asia 2023 World Finale concluded at Gokulam Convention Centre, Kochi on September 23, 2023.
Iluza Isyandavletova of Bashkortastan emerged as Miss Asia Queen 2023, captivating judges with poise and grace. Aayushma Bajracharya of Nepal was 1st Runner-Up, Cerena Ann Johnson of UAE 2nd Runner-Up, and Jinnapat Palsuea of Thailand 3rd Runner-Up.
Contestants competed in three rounds: the National Costume Round, White Cocktail Round, and Royal Blue Gown Round.
Gold crowns were designed by Preeti Prakash from Parakkat Jewellers. Partners included SAJ Group Hotels & Resorts and DQUE, organised by Pegasus Global Pvt. Ltd.
